About Us

Ted and Anne met and were married on Marco Island, in 1993, before joining forces to become a dynamic & successful Real Estate team with multi-million dollar annual sales. In 2001 they moved to Naples Lakes Country Club, where they are currently the Number 1 Realtor in NLCC with over 70 sales transactions to date.

Ted, originally from Connecticut, was a Corporate Vice President of Human Resources and Services for the Travelers Corporation in Hartford, Ct. prior to moving to Florida in 1992. From 1994 to 1999 he was also President and acting Manager of Mission Plaza Shopping Center on Marco Island, prior to his successful marketing and sale of the center in 1999.

Anne resided in Michigan before moving to Marco Island in 1991, and in addition to 23 years in the real estate industry, she was a feature writer for a local newspaper, and editor of a statewide newspaper dedicated to handicapped and senior citizens, as well as a licensed mortgage broker.

Members of Marco Lutheran Church, Ted sings in the choir, and was previously a member of the Naples Philharmonic Center Chorale for seven years. He is also a past member of Marco Island Sunrise Rotary, and current member of the International Swimming Hall of Fame Library/Research Committee and The International Swimming Congress.

Together, they are a full service Real Estate team, with over 40 years of experience. In order to ensure that each transaction closes smoothly and efficiently, they have assembled a team of experts, including a real estate attorney, escrow company, certified property appraiser, home inspection service, title company, and sub contractors. As active members of the National Board of Realtors, the Florida Real Estate Board, the Naples Board of Realtors, as well as the Marco Island Board, their commitment to personalized quality customer service is foremost.
